Dr. Andrew Goins a board-certified internal medicine physician with more than 7 years of medical experience at Internal Medicine West in Knoxville, TN. He is a native of Knoxville. Dr. Goins says he was interested in primary care because it gives him the opportunity to establish long-term relationships with his patients and offers a broad range of diseases to treat.
