Wound Care Services

A normal injury will heal with tape and patience, but some can be more complex and difficult to treat.

Advanced Wound Healing

Each year, millions of Americans suffer from wounds caused by diabetes, poor circulation, and other diseases and health conditions. A variety of factors may prevent wounds from healing in a reasonable amount of time. If left untreated, they can become life-threatening and may prevent you from participating in the activities you love. That’s why proper wound care is extremely important.

Covenant Health offers advanced wound care treatment options at several locations across our region. Our highly skilled medical staff specialize in wound care management and work together to develop a plan specific to the needs of each patient.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

We use the latest technology and treatment methods, such as hyperbaric oxygen therapy, to aid in the healing process of diseased and damaged tissue. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy involves exposing the body to 100% oxygen under high pressure, which raises the oxygen level in your blood and can speed up the healing process.

In addition to our hospital-based wound care centers, Covenant HomeCare and Hospice offers wound care services in the comfort of your home.
