Our cardiologists use the latest innovations such as graded exercise tests, myocardial perfusion imaging and tilt table tests to assess the best heart care for an individual.

Cardiac Catheterization Lab

Methodist has two full-time cardiac catheterization labs to ensure efficient scheduling of procedures. They are available 24 hours a day for emergencies.

The labs offer intravascular ultrasound, a diagnostic tool to help determine the nature of coronary heart disease. We provide alternatives to coronary artery bypass grafting, such as rotablator, balloon angioplasty and stent placements.
