Mike Belbeck has served as the Executive Vice President of Operations for Covenant Health since April 2016. Belbeck’s responsibilities include oversight of 10 hospitals, home care services and care management across Covenant Health’s 23-county service area in East Tennessee.

Belbeck previously served for more than eight years as President and Chief Administrative Officer of Methodist Medical Center, a 301-bed acute care hospital in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Prior, Belbeck served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Holy Spirit Health System in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. He also served in numerous operational roles as a vice president of Baptist Health South Florida in Miami for 10 years.

Belbeck holds a bachelor’s degree and master’s degrees in business administration and health science from the University of Florida. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a Chartered Financial Analyst^® (CFA) Charterholder.
