It was one of 48 companies in Tennessee recognized, and one of 19 in the state’s healthcare industry. It is the second consecutive year Covenant Health has been included on the list.
The list recognizes companies with more than 1,000 employees that respect and value diversity. More than 339,000 employees were interviewed to provide opinions on things like corporate culture and working conditions of their company, as well as other employers’. Companies were also assessed based on 4.8 million company reviews and discussions with HR professionals.
