BodyWORKS Class Schedule

Cardio Focused Classes

Our cardio/strength/stretch class is the perfect combination of the three pillars of fitness: aerobic activity, strength training, and a recovery stretch. While the workouts cover the basics of fitness, our classes are anything but basic. We incorporate many styles of cardio to keep the workouts fresh and fun. One week we might be dancing and the next week kickboxing. These boredom-free workouts will keep you coming back for more!

Our cardio activities are low impact and easy on the joints, but that doesn’t mean you won’t work up a sweat.
