Covenant Health and Covenant Medical Group welcome Briana Costello, MD, FSCAI, to Knoxville Heart Group.
Dr. Costello is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology. She has also passed the board certification exam for the American Society of Echocardiography. She is a member of the American College of Cardiology and is a Fellow of the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions.
Dr. Costello attended medical school at the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio. She completed an internal medicine residency at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. She was a fellow of cardiovascular disease and fellow of interventional cardiology at the Texas Heart Institute in Houston.
