FLAME Award Winner – Katelyn Myers

A lot goes on behind the scenes in a hospital. Our amazing staff support both the things our patients and visitors see and the things they don’t see that make a huge impact. One department that is key to our success is sterile processing. Our team in sterile processing play a critical role in preventing infection of medical supplies, and one of our technicians from that department has been recognized as a FLAME award winner. Congratulations to Katelyn Myers on her great work! Despite challenges within the facility, Katelyn went beyond her job duties to make sure an over 12-hour project was completed successfully and all sterile processing systems were functional.
