FLAME Award Winner—Lucas Jones        

Lucas Jones, an emergency room tech, earned the Fort Sanders Regional FLAME award for his exceptional service to our patients. His nominator cited his dedication to ensuring patients were not overlooked while waiting to enter the emergency room. “I’ve never seen a tech more compassionate and caring towards the needs of the ER patients coming in,” his nominator said.
