FLAME Award Winner- Lexie Jones

Congratulations to our latest FLAME winner, Lexie Jones! Lexie was nominated by our hospital chaplain, Randy Tingle, for her “humble and compassionate service” after he observed her interaction with a patient. Lexie, a lab assistant in our general laboratory, went above and beyond to ensure a patient’s  anxieties about a lab draw were put at ease. Tingle said, “Lexie never left the patient’s side! She engaged in distracting conversation as the patient got nervous regarding the needles involved.” Thank you Lexie for your commitment to excellence in patient care!
