Covenant Health VP of Marketing Receives National Recognition

April 2025 – Covenant Health announces that Becker’s Hospital Review recently named Jeremy Floyd, chief communications officer and vice president of marketing, to the publication’s 2024 list of “78 Hospital and Health System Chief Marketing Officers to Know.” Floyd was one of three chief marketing officers recognized in Tennessee.

Becker’s Hospital Review focuses on hospital business news for healthcare executives. The list of Chief Marketing Officers highlighted leaders who “are the forces behind powerful marketing and communications efforts, shaping how their organizations are viewed and experienced.” Becker’s evaluated factors such as brand building, data-driven campaigns and customer relationship strategies when compiling its list.
Floyd oversees Covenant Health’s marketing and public relations departments, as well as its fitness center and emergency medical services teams. He leads marketing and public relations strategies, systemwide branding, content creation, service line campaigns and community partnerships. He also serves on several health system committees that focus on initiatives such as innovation and patient experience.
Floyd holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree with a concentration in business transactions from University of Tennessee School of Law. He received his bachelor’s degree in English and philosophy from Middle Tennessee State University.
