Bethany Raby Named Chief Nursing Officer of Fort Loudoun Medical Center

Fort Loudoun Medical Center is excited to announce that Bethany Raby, MSN, RN, CPHQ, has been named Chief Nursing Officer of the Lenoir City hospital.

Since joining Covenant Health in 2007, Raby has served in many different leadership roles, including manager of surgical services and interim chief nursing officer at Roane Medical Center, senior risk manager, and interim director of surgical services at Methodist Medical Center. Raby’s most recent role was senior risk manager for the Covenant Health enterprise. She has also been serving as the interim chief nursing officer at Fort Loudoun since March 2024.

“Bethany is passionate about appropriate, safe, and effective patient care delivered with empathy and kindness,” said Fort Loudoun Medical Center’s President and Chief Administrative Officer, Connie Martin. “She seeks the highest good of others and leads with a servant’s heart. Her energy is contagious, and her smile lights up the room. I’m very excited to have her in this leadership role at Fort Loudoun.”

Raby’s CNO role is effective immediately and includes oversight of all nursing functions at Fort Loudoun Medical Center, located in Lenoir City, Tennessee.
