BEE Award Winner: Terrious Smith

Congratulations to Terrious Smith, a Psych Tech at Peninsula, for being presented with the BEE Award. Terrious was recognized for her dedication to her profession and for her outstanding contributions she makes in the workplace.

Terrious’s Nomination

Terrious is truly exceptional in her dedication and work ethic, setting a standard of hard work that is unmatched. She is always ready to give her best effort. Her presence in the workplace is consistent and impactful, as she puts in the extra hours, stays late when necessary, and readily takes on additional responsibilities.

What sets Terrious apart is not just her willingness to work hard, but also versatility and willingness to help wherever needed. Whether it’s FP, managing the front desk, being a HUC, or filling in a tech, Terrious is always there to lend a hand. She even goes beyond her official duties, pitching in and helping restock units.

She is also know for her kindness and compassion towards her coworkers and patients alike.

During snow days when many were unable to make it to work, Terrious remained dedicated, staying on-site for consecutive days to ensure that we were covered. She took on additional responsibilities, such as covering shifts and providing much-needed breaks for her colleagues, all while maintaining her unwavering work ethic and positive attitude.

It’s a privilege to work alongside someone like Terriuos. Her efforts do not go unnoticed, and she deserves all the recognition and appreciation for her outstanding contributions to the workplace.
