LLD is pleased to announce that we are now accepting applications for our 2023 Emerging Leader Cohort. All employees who are not currently at a Supervisor level or above qualify. There are a few other requirements for nomination. The employee must:
- Be employed with Covenant for a minimum of one year as of January 1st, 2023
- Be in good standing in terms of both attendance and performance; no written corrective action or higher within the previous year as of January 1st, 2023
