2023 Emerging Leaders Program Nominations are now Being Accepted

LLD is pleased to announce that we are now accepting applications for our 2023 Emerging Leader Cohort. All employees who are not currently at a Supervisor level or above qualify. There are a few other requirements for nomination. The employee must:

• Be employed with Covenant for a minimum of one year as of January 1^st, 2023
• Be in good standing in terms of both attendance and performance; no written corrective action or higher within the previous year as of January 1^st, 2023
