Covenant Health has been named to Newsweek’s 2024 list of “America’s Greatest Workplaces for Job Starters,” which highlights workplaces that use the best methods for attracting new talent. Covenant Health was one of six employers in Tennessee recognized in the health care services category.
The list compiles research based on responses from employees with less than five years of employment experience who work at companies with more than 500 employees. More than 75,000 individuals took part in the survey.
“We have built innovative partnerships with local high schools, colleges and universities to train future healthcare workers. We offer benefits that help our employees build their careers and in turn, we hired a record number of new graduate nurses into our workforce in 2023,” said Debi Welch, Covenant Health’s senior vice president of human resources.
Earlier this year, Covenant Health was also named to Newsweek’s 2024 lists of “America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity” and “America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women.”
